if i have two pups that weigh between 3lbs-6lbs how much dewormer do you give them an there both over 3mnths old so is it safe to give it to them an do i need to deworm both animals (dog)

My kitten has been n antibiotics for goin on 3 weeks now,and vet gave her a shot of antibiotics yesterday and now all she does is sleep, she hasn’t moved to eat drink or potty……..is this normal???
